I found Arc-Zone on Google and they have the best prices on CKWorldwide Tungsten, so I placed an order for 3 packages of 10. Unfortunately it turned out they were out of stock on one size, and it delayed shipping. Once I noticed shipping had been delayed I called the store and spoke with Joanie. She explained the situation and gave me a few options to help expedite my order. I opted to take the 3 packages of 3, 1/16" Tungsten and to compensate me for the 1 missing Tungsten she hooked me up with one of their awesome Arc-Zone T-shirts, some cool stickers, and a pack of M&Ms to sweeten the deal. Needless to say I'm extremely pleased with their customer service, and will definitely be telling everyone about it. I'm very much looking forward to doing business with them again in the future!!

Arc-Zone is a great company of welding professionals that really know the products and solutions customers like me need. When I couldn’t find some CK pieces to convert my Multimatic 220 to water cooled, they worked with CK to round up all of the correct pieces to make the conversion a breeze. Customer service like that and great prices and quick shipping has earned my loyalty.

Placed a order with extra time should shipping take longer So id have everything I needed before leaving for a job. Got the tracking number and only part of my package arrived and only once I read the packing list I discovered the other part of my order was on backorder. They didn't list that on there site or bother to call or even email or text me. Now I'll have to run around trying to fine what I needed locally instead of packing and driving to my next job thus losing sleep and creating much more of a hassle. I get things are out of stock but to not even notify the customer on the website, at checkout, or even call or email is unacceptable in my opinion. They'd probably be fine if you are fine waiting for your stuff for much longer than expected but those of us who travel to work don't have that convenience most times. Even when I called 2 days from leaving they said the back orders product had already been shipped and would arrive after I left the hotel and for what ever reason couldn't change the shipping method to make it arrive a day or 2 earlier which would result in me getting what I needed and not having to waste valuable time. Unfortunately I won't spent my money here again despite the online selection.
